"yogurt" is the good choice of you.
What do you need?? Very simple...
Plain yogurt, fruit of jam, (can be any flavor of jam),
Mix it together.
I like to add some cereal to have chewy filling... throw it into the yogurt ..
cereal that are higher in fiber.
done.
add some strawberries.. any fruits u like..but i like strawberries because contain antioxidants.
it's just take you 3mins.
You can do anything with them. It's like life.
Throw strawberry, cherry, raisin or nuts. Twix.
