Awesome cookies, Chocolate chip and oat and almond, Perfect combination.
Sometimes when you are desperately craving for something sweet and chocolately, and you don't have a lot of time or patience to make a full blown batch of cookies.
Because i had heard of no- bake cookies from my time spent surfing food blog, i had never had them before.
hmmm... i might be in trouble now, these mounds of peanut buttery, sugary , almonds and chocolate heavenly are irresistibly addicting.

Simple , Fast and yummy.

No bake cookies are the best perfect fix for a sweet tooth on warm days.

Simple ingredients, they don't get baked which means you don't have to fire up the oven and can be prepared just a 15minutes. If you're really desperate and don't want to wait for them to set , you can eat the mixture straight from the bowl. No raw eggs to worry about...

Here's what you need: Peanut butter, almonds , oats, Chocolate chips, butter, sugar, milk and vanilla extract.

Place oat, peanut butter, chocolate chip ,almonds or peanuts and vanila extract. set aside until later.

Combine the butter, milk and sugar in a saucepan . Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Bring mixture to a rolling boil and cook for 1 minute.

While sugar mixture is cooking , use a rubber specula to scrape the sugar down from the side of the pan.

This will help prevent it from caramelizing.

Pour the cooked butter sugar over the chocolate oatmeal mixture. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

Use a tablespoon to drop mounds of batter onto the cookie sheet.

The shaped cookies should be approximately 2 inches across.

Allow the cookies to sit at room temperature until cool and slightly hardened ( about 45 minutes)
You can keep it in the fridge.

When i took my first bite of these i immediately thought they tasted like the icing chocolate and i love it so much.
The oats and peanut butter help to cut down the sweetness and add the great flavor and texture.

I love how these turned out Perfectly chewy and studded with lots of chocolate and crunchy bits of almonds.
